Yesterday, Hamwells participated in a trade mission to Germany.

It was a great day, full of interaction and new insights into the German economy and market. This event was organized by, amongst others, Amsterdam Trade & Innovate, Innovation Quarter and FME.

With 10 other companies, NRW Bank, LGH and NRW.energy4climate, we looked into regulations for the North Rine Westphalia region. This included an overview of several projects and the results of these regulations in it.

After this we visited HPP architekten. Thanks to Julian Gaviria, Alexander Markus Straub and Rebekka Pottgüter we learned a lot about the role of architects in Germany. Thanks for the insight!

With WSG we visited an example of a social housing project. This project included the renovation of a 1960’s apartment building and new construction of 4 other buildings.

At Interface we gained insight in their process as a company towards a more sustainable product, production and workplace. The conclusion of the day was a networking event, hosted by Krefeld Business and the Consulate of the kingdom of …. 

As Hamwells we participated in this trade mission to continue our search for distribution- and project partners, as well as importers. This with our plans for international expansion in mind.
